We live by these rules when you interact with Geek Helpline’s Facebook & Twitter pages and require you to abide by these rules also.
As per the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, please note the following Mandatory Repair Notices required by law:
– During the process of repair, some or all your stored data may be lost. Please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.
– Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
