I just moved to Buderim and looked online for a company to help with computer setup and issues , came across Geek Helpline on facebook , read the reviews and heaps of positive reviews for Amy and the crew. Stopped in and after chatting got the feeling these people knew what they were talking about. it was 10am , said things were needed pretty urgent and Amy said we will have someone there at 12 midday, Murray turned up on time and was great , knew his stuff and helped with extra things, couldn't have been more impressed. No hesitation in using them again or reccommending.

Amy recently fixed multiple “messes” on my computer, deleted unnecessary “things”, refined accesses, sorted emails & passwords. I now find a lot of my computer activities less complicated/easier to use. Amy was patient and never made me feel like the technology idiot that I am. 🙂 She spent time explaining her actions, the whys and hows and ensured I knew how to use new programmes.
