Being a retiree who recently moved I saw the Geek Helpline vehicle parked nearby and phoned for help. The technician, Murray arrived shortly thereafter and sorted out my computer. He not only set it up properly but then did a full service tidying up programs that were no longer used along with a scam check and many other things. Murray was courteous, professional and quick. I would highly recommend Geek for their prompt service and knowledge.

Backaup was taking too long and had odd pop ups about windows 11 updates meddling with my drivers. Geek Helpline who we always tun to with our computer issues sorted out the issues and explained what they were doing , promptly and for a reasonable fee which i was very happy to pay.
