He not only set it up properly but then did a full service tidying up programs that were no longer used along with a scam check and many other things. Murray was courteous, professional and quick. Backaup was taking too long and had odd pop ups about windows 11 updates meddling with my drivers. Geek Helpline who we always tun to with our computer issues sorted out the issues and explained what they were doing , promptly and for a reasonable fee which i was very happy to pay.

5 Star Service from a company that actually cares. Amy's knowledge is second to none and Sophie's charm and personality is as good as it gets. Don't second guess your IT problems, they will fix it, quickly and efficiently at very reasonable prices. My IMac is running as good as new after a hard drive failure with full recovery of all data.

A complex issue relating to the transfer of an email account from an ISP to The Messaging Company which for some reason activated an out of date out of office message which my mail recipients all then began receiving. Amy came in remotely and fixed it in a few minutes. We have used her service for years. She is the best

Awesome service. I somehow inherited a virus into my Anderoid telephone which totally took control of it. I presented to the Geek Service office with said telephone ☎️. Young lady on reception was so good, I had my life back in a very timely & professional manner, charge was very modest for the knowledge and service provided. Highly recommended.

Excellent service

Problem with files not opening in File Explorer - Amy was able to fix the issue pretty quickly and cleaned up many unwanted programs. Amy has a very pleasant business demeanour. It was a nice touch to be able to track her arrival time also.
