After weeks of my trying to fix wifi problems with my printer I finally gave up and booked the Geek Helpline. Murray came the next day and sorted out the issues and simplified the whole printing process for us. Then proceeded to do a service on the PC. Brilliant support and so friendly and patient. Deserve more than 5 stars

I am very grateful to Murray Boyce from geek helpline, who spent considerable time recovering and securing my Microsoft Account today, and sorted out my email settings after I was hacked by scammers. Murray fixed the issues on all my devices, including laptop, iPad and mobile phone. He didn’t insert any usb device into my laptop which is something I worried about when I previously used another technical service company. The cost was extremely reasonable given the time and service I received. Thanks to everyone at the geek helpline. I was blown away by your outstanding service today, from the initial phone call to the data retrieval process.

Geek Helpline absolutely saved me. My computer screen was busted and I thought it’d be a nightmare to sort out, but these guys fixed it quickly and properly. Super friendly, explained things in plain English (no tech jargon), and didn’t overcharge. My screen looks brand new again. Due to my error my PC was completely inaccessable.I had uninstalled Trend Micro and lost access to all my files. I contacted Geek Helpline at 5pm and was told to bring it in at 8.00am next day.I explained the urgency as we were going through the final stages of a property settlement. Amy started work immediately and worked on it tirelessly for most of the day and by 4.00pm had saved me from my stupidity and had reinstalled Trend Micro and had all my systems up and running. Great business, wonderful people . Thankyou so much.

She arrived on time, wity a new printer to install, set it up to print from 2 computers, phones etc, did some check scans, sorted out some wifi issues, backed up our computers and was gone in under an hour. Geek Helpline (Buderim) promptly sent a technician out. He was a great help for my "slow internet" problem, he was polite and knowledgeable. He gave me a full hour for the home visit. He did not "talk down" to me, and explained things. I would recommend this business if you need computer help, especially at your home/location.
