I am very grateful to Murray Boyce from geek helpline, who spent considerable time recovering and securing my Microsoft Account today, and sorted out... my email settings after I was hacked by scammers. Due to my error my PC was completely inaccessable.I had uninstalled Trend Micro and lost access to all my files. I contacted Geek Helpline at 5pm and... was told to bring it in at 8.00am next day.I explained the urgency as we were going through the final stages of a property settlement. Amy started work immediately and worked on it tirelessly for most of the day and by 4.00pm had saved me from my stupidity and had reinstalled Trend Micro and had all my systems up and running.
