Questions
It depends on the fault — a dust clean-out is very different to a new HDMI port. We test the console first, then call you with a price. Nothing goes ahead until you're happy with it.
We'll give you a timeframe along with your quote. If a part needs to be ordered in, we'll tell you up front so you're not left wondering.
Most hardware repairs don't touch your games or saves. If a fix does need a system reinstall, we'll let you know before we start. Saves backed up to cloud storage can be restored afterwards.
If it's still covered, check with Sony or the store you bought it from first, as having it opened elsewhere may affect that warranty. Not sure? Give us a call and we'll help you work it out.
Bring the console and power cable, plus the controller if that's part of the problem. If the issue is no picture, bring the HDMI cable too so we can rule it out.
