Amy had to totally rebuild my machine after it had blown up. This was no ordinary job as not only did it include the normal Word and Excel, etc but it also included very specific programs for the courts, as I am a court audio transcriber. This was time consuming, exasperating and a huge learning curve for both Amy and myself. OMG. But my machine is now perfect, much faster and easier to use, thanks to Amy. My printer died at the worst possible moment. I contacted Amy, as I always do for any technological matters. I needed advice that I could rely on. She felt the printer's lifespan of 3 years had been passed, so she suggested replacement rather than repair.
